These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PlanMinds platform and products, including IIVY and PlanCheck. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the PlanMinds platform (the “Service”), operated by PlanMinds Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including free and paid subscription plans.
PlanMinds builds AI teammates for the construction industry. IIVY is an autonomous project coordinator that communicates over phone, text, and email; PlanCheck is an automated plan-review product that reviews drawing sets against applicable code. The Service also provides document search, project analysis, and AI-powered conversations to help design, permitting, and construction professionals make informed decisions.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all content, documents, drawings, and data you upload to or route through the Service (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
IIVY may communicate on your behalf with people on your projects over phone, text, and email. IIVY is always disclosed as an AI teammate and never impersonates a person.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, analyses, and plan-review findings. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of PlanMinds Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlanMinds Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanMinds Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us at support@planminds.ai.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
